FAQs about your loan

Frequently asked questions

ZEK (private financing information center) is a Swiss rating organization on your payment habits about your private financing (loans, cards, etc.)

It uses different codes that are used to define your quality as a payer and therefore influence your rating.

Here are some ZEK codes:

- 02 Regular payment of your private financing.
- 03 Delay in the payment of your monthly installments.
- 04 Payment not respected, payment arrangement in progress.
- 05 Payment of private financing stopped. Contract not refunded.
- 09 Fraud, falsified data.

Codes 05 and 09 block you from any future private financing.

To obtain a loan you must:

- be between 18 and 70 years old

- be a Swiss citizen

Or you must be in possession of either

- a residence permit C, B or L

- a G permit (border permit) for at least 3 years

- a legitimation card.

If you meet these criteria, you have the right to benefit from a loan with Lica.

If you are self-employed, you must either be an employee of your company or justify your income using your last tax assessment.

In this context, Lica will take care of helping you prepare your file in order to maximize your chances of acceptance.

Applying for an SME loan can be done in different ways. Once your request is made, Lica will find you the most suitable solution according to your needs.

In principle, it is necessary that the company has been in business for at least 12 months.

A mortgage loan application must be prepared according to very specific criteria. Once your request has been made online, Lica will prepare your file and find you the most appropriate solution according to your needs.

We also work with foreign banks when it comes to purchase a home abroad.

As soon as your request is made, the counselor in charge of your region will contact you in order to know exactly your expectations in terms of funding.

Lica then prepares your file according to the information provided in order to maximize your chances of acceptance.

Once this ground work is completed, Lica will negotiate the best conditions with its partners.

Thanks to this process, we thus avoid negative and unnecessary ZEK registrations for our clients while optimizing the chances of granting a loan.

Our partners change regularly according to their conditions and advantages that they can offer.

As a specialist, we constantly analyze the market opportunities in order to offer the best solutions to our customers.

The solicited partners also depend on the type of loan requested. They will therefore not be the same providers if your request concerns a private loan, a mortgage loan or an SME loan.

Your cashback is paid to you 30 days after the conclusion of your private loan contract. A detailed statement is also given to you before the payment.

If you have lawsuits which are paid, in this case a private credit can be granted to you.

However, it will be important to properly establish your application file in order to maximize your chances of acceptance.

In this context, Lica will take care of guiding you and preparing your file so that it meets the bank's expectations.

If you have lawsuits that are still open your request will be automatically rejected in all swiss banks. In this case, we encourage you to apply for our easy debt repayment service.

If you have a C residence permit, the regulations are the same as if you are Swiss. You can of course apply for private financing.

If you have a B residence permit, you can apply for a private loan if you have lived in Switzerland for at least 1 year.

Yes, you can apply for a loan.

Lica will take care of defining how much you can borrow, taking into account your different pensions.

As part of its mandate, LICA is responsible for defining with you what the financial risks are in the event of illness, accident and unemployment.

If necessary, you can take advantage of our expertise and our great conditions on our loss of earnings insurance.

This will be put in place at the same time as your loan and will guarantee you perfect protection in the event of loss of your income.

The bank will establish a rating, that is to say a rating, more or less positive, according to the history of your payment habits in relation to your personal loans and your credit cards.

Other elements will also be taken into account according to the criteria of each bank.

Then, the bank will establish a budget according to your situation and your financial commitments.

On this basis, the bank will be able to define what is the maximum amount that you can borrow.

Lica offers this sharing because many years of experience have enabled us to optimize all of our processes and simplify our consulting activities by automating them.

We thus save on our expenses and can therefore benefit our customers.

In addition, at Lica, we are convinced that a fair activity guarantees long-term success because it is a win-win.

Your cashback will vary depending on your specific contract. The part of the commission that will be paid to you can sometimes go up to 5'000.-CHF. For each cashback, a detailed statement is given to you.

To claim cashback, the request must be made 100% online. This means you must select the option "With Cashback" when choosing your request and complete all the information completely by yourself.

In case a private loan specialist should intervene on your file for its preparation, you will no longer be able to claim the payment of any cashback. This includes operations such as a part claim, negotiation with partners or, for example, the establishment of the loan request (non-exhaustive list).
